What is a Section 21 collection point?
Section 21 of the Medicines and Related Substances Act allows access to products that are not yet generally registered in South Africa, under authorisation and with proper record keeping. Operating as a licensed collection point means your collection is documented, the product is traceable, and everything happens through a controlled channel rather than an informal one.
Can I order online for delivery or collection?
No. We do not sell, price or reserve any cannabis product through this website. Everything happens in person at the shop, so that we can verify your age and membership and talk you through what you are collecting.
How old do I have to be?
18 or older, with valid photo identification. We check every time, and we will turn people away without it. No exceptions, including for the lounge.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes. Sign-up happens at the counter, takes a few minutes, and needs your ID. It is what keeps the collection point properly documented, and it is a once-off.
What is the smoke lounge?
A private members space inside the shop where you can sit, consume what you have collected, and take your time over it. Comfortable seating, music kept at a level where you can actually talk, and staff nearby if you want a recommendation.
Is there a charge for the lounge?
Ask us at the counter when you arrive - lounge access is tied to membership and to what is on that day. We will always tell you before you sit down.
Do you allow alcohol or other substances on the premises?
No. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and any other illicit substance, anywhere on the premises including the lounge. Anyone bringing either in will be asked to leave and their membership will be cancelled. As a licensed collection point this is not something we are able to be flexible about.
Can I bring my own?
Speak to a staff member first. Because we operate as a licensed collection point, what comes through the door matters to our record keeping.
Where exactly are you?
Shop 31, Lakeside Mall, 6 Mark Strasse, Arboretum, Richards Bay. Inside the mall with mall parking, so you are not standing on a street corner to find us.
Do you serve people who are not from Richards Bay?
Yes. Membership and ID requirements are the same wherever you are from. Plenty of our members are visiting the area.
What payment do you take?
Card and cash in-store. Ask at the counter about anything else.

The fastest answer is usually at the counter, but a message works too. If you are driving in from out of town for something specific, message us first and we will go and look at the shelf.
Just remember that we cannot take orders, hold cannabis products or quote cannabis prices over a message. That part is in person only.
